Role Purpose
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the strategic and operational leadership of the Oncology and Rare Disease portfolio in India. This role will lead brand strategy, innovator launches, go-to-market execution, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize patient access and business performance. The incumbent will play a critical role in accelerating growth of the existing oncology portfolio while preparing and executing successful launches of upcoming oncology and rare disease assets in India.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Portfolio Management
Lead annual brand planning and strategic prioritization for existing oncology brands across urothelial carcinoma, renal cell carcinoma, lung cancer, and future indications.
Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to achieve topline and bottom-line objectives.
Drive lifecycle management strategies to maximize market opportunities and brand growth.
Monitor brand performance, competitive landscape, market dynamics, and customer insights to identify opportunities and risks.
New Product Launches & Business Case Development
Lead development of business cases, launch readiness plans, and commercialization strategies for oncology and rare disease assets.
Drive innovator launch excellence by developing launch roadmaps, demand forecasting, patient funnels, pricing assumptions, and market access strategies.
Support successful launch of the Rare Disease portfolio in India, including development and execution of:

Previous sales experience.
Experience in patient access initiatives, patient support programs, and market access strategy development.
