The Manager-Landscape is responsible for maintenance of greenery at Passenger Terminal Building for enhancement of ambience and environment which contributes to better passenger experience at IGIA. The role ensures the effective implementation of maintenance plans and compliance with safety and environmental standards while driving continuous improvement in landscape practices and resource optimization.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Landscape & Horticulture Management
Plan and execute high-quality landscape maintenance inside and around the Passenger Terminal buildings and auxiliary building across the Airport premises.
Monitor scheduled horticulture practices for indoor plantation including replacement of deteriorated indoor potted plants
Season-wise aesthetic display and maintenance of seasonal flower potted plants at strategic locations and creation of theme-based garden at Terminal buildings during various festivals.
Drive innovation and creativity in landscape works by adopting new technologies, sustainable practices, and modern design solution to enhance the quality, efficiency and visual appeal.
Project Management
Assist in planning, design, and execution landscape enhancement projects.
Support with finalizing budget, BOQs, scope of work, and prepare reports for approval from senior management.
Monitor project quality, address deficiencies, and coordinate corrective actions.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture / Horticulture/ Landscape Architecture required. A Master’s degree in Horticulture / Floriculture/Landscape Architecture will be considered an advantage.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Minimum 10 years of experience in landscape development and maintenance work including nursery & indoor plants management with at least 5 years’ field experience of large-scale landscape project.
