The Manager - Capital Projects will be responsible for driving project controls, digital project management, schedule governance, cost monitoring, and management reporting across capital projects. The role will support planning, execution, and performance tracking of large-scale industrial projects while leveraging digital tools and analytics to enhance project visibility, decision-making, and delivery efficiency.
Project Planning & Schedule Management
Develop, maintain, and monitor integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
Establish project baselines, milestones, critical paths, and resource-loaded schedules.
Track project progress and identify schedule variances, risks, and delays.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure timely project execution.
Cost Monitoring & Project Controls
Monitor project budgets, forecasts, commitments, and actual expenditures.
Analyze cost variances and support corrective action planning.
Develop project control mechanisms to improve cost and schedule performance.
Support capital expenditure tracking and management reporting.
MIS, Reporting & Dashboarding
Prepare weekly and monthly project MIS reports for leadership review.
Develop and maintain real-time project dashboards using digital tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
