Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of [Management Trainee] [Record to Report]! In this role Independently manages assigned RTR activities ensuring quality timeliness and compliance. Acts as a subject matter expert for junior team members and contributes to process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Talent retention and leadership pipeline.
• Perform end-to-end month-end close activities with minimal supervision.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and variance analyses.
• Review reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Act as point of contact for specific entities/regions.
• Support audits by providing schedules and documentation.
• Mentor and guide Analysts on day-to-day queries.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements.
