Summary:

As an LLM Model Developer, your day involves refining and adapting large language models to better suit specific domains and instructions. You focus on enhancing the model's ability to understand and generate contextually relevant responses by carefully adjusting its parameters. This role requires continuous evaluation and iteration to ensure the model performs optimally within targeted applications, contributing to the advancement of intelligent systems tailored to diverse user needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model improvements into production environments.
• Document model fine-tuning processes and maintain clear records of experiments and outcomes.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with natural language processing techniques and model fine-tuning strategies.
• Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and their application to language models.
• Ability to analyze model performance metrics and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Familiarity with handling large datasets and preprocessing methods to optimize model training.

Additional Information:
