The Learning & Development (L&D) Analyst supports the execution and delivery of learning, talent development, and capability-building initiatives across client and internal programs. The role is responsible for coordinating learning operations, managing training logistics, maintaining learning data and reporting, supporting stakeholder engagement, and ensuring an effective learner experience. The analyst works closely with business leaders, HR partners, trainers, vendors, and employees to support the successful implementation of learning strategies and programs What are we looking for? Experience
- 6-9 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR operations, talent development, or training coordination
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technologies is preferred
- Experience supporting training coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management activities
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms, virtual training tools, and reporting dashboards
- Experience supporting employee engagement and talent development initiatives
