The Learning Experience Design and Development Analyst develops training content based on detailed design specifications, using prescribed templates and guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop instructional materials. • Design and implement instructional strategies, curricula, and learning materials that align to business needs. • Develop and maintain e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and other learning resources. • Demonstrated knowledge of innovative learning tools and products, ensuring the use of the latest technologies to Deliver instructional information for an audience based on learning activities approaches to help an organization achieve their learning goals. What are we looking for? o Strong content writing skills o Good communication skills (verbal and written) o Attention to detail to ensure quality o Able to work with moderate supervision from the Lead/Manager o Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word and PowerPoint) o Exposure to at least one instructional approach (web-based, instructor-led, or virtual instructor-led training)
- Knowledge of authoring tools such as Articulate suite, Claroflow etc.
- Exposure to learning methodologies such as Gagne, ADDIE, and adult learning theories
- Exposure to writing or designing training for global, corporate audience
Roles and Responsibilities: • Develop storyboards for learning assets such as eLearning, instructor-led, videos etc. adhering to project specific standards and tools.
- Write or edit training content to support the overall learning goals and objectives.
- Develop virtual trainings using authoring tools such as Articulate, Claroflow etc.
