The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable Business Intelligence solutions, mentor team members, and drive best practices in data visualization, analytics, and reporting
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Solution Design
Design and develop robust data models optimized for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Define and implement Power BI architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
Ensure solution alignment with enterprise data and analytics strategy.
Development & Performance Optimization
Develop complex DAX measures, calculations, and KPIs to support advanced analytics requirements.
Optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, datasets, and semantic models for enhanced performance.
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, and troubleshooting.
Analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks across reporting and data layers.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
