Lead - SAP-

As the Lead for SAP Planning - Delivery, you will be at the forefront of our SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) initiatives. Your primary role is to lead a team in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP IBP solutions, with a special emphasis on Response & Supply Planning. You will be instrumental in driving the adoption of SAP IBP across our organization, ensuring efficient and effective planning processes.

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP IBP solutions, focusing on Response & Supply Planning.

• Guide a team of SAP IBP specialists, providing mentorship and support.

• Ensure the successful adoption of SAP IBP across the organization, driving process improvements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their planning needs and translate them into SAP IBP solutions.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business requirements.

• Stay updated with the latest SAP IBP features and best practices, ensuring our solutions are cutting-edge.

• Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of SAP IBP strategies.

• Document and communicate best practices for SAP IBP implementation and usage.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP IBP.

• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users on SAP IBP.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP IBP, with a strong focus on Response & Supply Planning.
