Lead Associate - Customer Growth

As a Manager – Influencer & Affiliate Business at Myntra, you will lead the strategy, onboarding, performance optimization, and revenue growth of Myntra’s creator and affiliate networks. You will scale creator-led commerce by managing affiliate partnerships, creator monetization programs (e.g., M-Creator Studio), and affiliate tech integrations to drive high-intent traffic, customer acquisition, and GMV.

1. Growth Strategy & Revenue Ownership

• Drive end-to-end performance and revenue (GMV, ROI, CAC) for the Influencer Affiliate portfolio.
• Manage budget allocation across tier-1, micro, and nano influencers, as well as affiliate platforms, to ensure optimal cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and ROAS.
• Identify key growth levers, category-level trends, and seasonal tentpole opportunities (e.g., End of Reason Sale - EORS) to scale affiliate revenue.

2. Influencer Program & Creator Ecosystem Management

• Recruit, onboard, and retain high-converting creators, fashion bloggers, and publishers into the Myntra Affiliate Ecosystem.
• Design commission structures, incentive programs, and tiered reward systems to boost active creator participation.
• Build strong, direct relationships with key talent management agencies, MCNs (Multi-Channel Networks), and influencer platforms.

3. Affiliate Network Operations & Tech Management

• Oversee affiliate tracking mechanics, attribution models, link-sharing tools, and coupon code integrations.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to enhance creator dashboard experience, affiliate link generation tools, and real-time analytics for influencers.
• Implement fraud detection and quality compliance frameworks across affiliate traffic sources.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Category Marketing teams to align affiliate pushes with priority brands, high-margin categories, and new product launches.
• Work closely with Brand & Social Content teams to align affiliate messaging with Myntra FWD and core fashion positioning.
