Job Description
As a Lead Account Executive based in Singapore (MY territory), you will drive growth and consistently exceed revenue goals within your assigned territory. You will win new strategic and enterprise accounts, build lasting customer relationships, and apply your SaaS expertise to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders across diverse industries.
What You Will Do
Engage, Discover & Drive Results: Execute territory strategies to win enterprise business, expand Freshworks’ footprint in the MY market, and exceed sales targets.
Own the Sales Process: Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation and closure—ensuring predictable outcomes and strong performance across key accounts.
Articulate Value: Build trusted relationships with senior executives, identify complex business challenges, and position Freshworks as a strategic partner that delivers ROI and growth.
Collaborate & Learn: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and Product) to deliver outstanding customer experiences and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
