LB-Oracle Cloud HCM&Payroll Associate (Functional consultant)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with minimum 5+ years of experience with strong expertise in Core HR and UK Payroll to support Oracle Cloud HCM implementation, enhancement, testing engagements.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM processes and configurations, particularly within Core HR, UK Payroll, HCM Extracts, Reporting, and Integrations, and will play a key role in delivering high-quality Oracle HCM solutions aligned with business requirements.

The consultant will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, conducting solution design workshops, configuring Oracle Cloud HCM applications, supporting testing cycles, managing defect resolution, and providing post-production support. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical consultants, project managers, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery of Oracle Cloud HCM project.

Key Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate should possess strong functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and UK Payroll, including core HR configuration, workforce structures, payroll configuration, payroll processing, payroll balances, statutory compliance, security, reporting, and data management.

• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional, onsite, and offshore teams.

• Proven experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and UK Payroll implementations, enhancements, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, UK Payroll legislation, HMRC compliance, taxation, statutory deductions, year-end processing, payroll controls, and end-to-end payroll processes.

• Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR , UK Payroll configuration, including payroll elements, balances, payroll relationships, costing, payment methods, payroll flows, and payroll interfaces.
