• Design scalable backend services using Core Java and Java 21 to support high volume enterprise applications that deliver reliable functionality for global users
• Develop responsive and accessible single page applications with Angular to provide intuitive user experiences that align with modern usability standards
• Implement efficient Graphql schemas and resolvers to enable flexible data access patterns that reduce client complexity and optimize network usage
• Refactor and maintain legacy Java 8 components to modern standards ensuring compatibility performance and long term maintainability across environments
• Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders in a hybrid work setup to translate requirements into clear technical designs and implementation plans
• Write clean modular and well tested code by applying object oriented design principles and industry best practices that improve code quality and reuse
• Create and maintain automated unit and integration tests to safeguard critical flows and reduce regression risk across multiple product releases
• Optimize application performance by profiling services tuning queries and improving resource utilization to ensure low latency and high throughput
• Apply secure coding practices and conduct code reviews to reduce vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with enterprise security and data protection standards
• Integrate backend services with relational and document databases while ensuring data integrity consistency and efficient query strategies
• Coordinate with DevOps and infrastructure specialists to support continuous integration and delivery pipelines that streamline the release process
• Document system designs APIs and operational runbooks to support smooth handovers onboarding and sustainable long term system ownership

Qualifications

• Show proven experience of six to ten years in building enterprise applications using Core Java Java 21 and Java 8 with strong grasp of collections concurrency and error handling
