Responsibilities
Translate complex business requirements into secure and scalable functional designs on AWS and Azure that align with enterprise architecture standards and ISG guidelines
Coordinate end to end solution implementation across AWS and Azure services by working closely with engineering operations and security teams to ensure traceable delivery outcomes
Optimize existing cloud workloads by analyzing performance metrics cost drivers and usage patterns across AWS and Azure and implementing targeted improvements for efficiency and resilience
Document detailed functional specifications process flows and configuration guidelines for ISG solutions on AWS and Azure to support maintainable and repeatable deployments
Collaborate with stakeholders in product security and infrastructure teams to prioritize backlog items for ISG solutions and ensure timely delivery within a hybrid work model
Guide teams on best practices for identity management access control and data protection within AWS and Azure environments to support compliance and risk reduction
Monitor service health incident trends and change outcomes for cloud based ISG solutions and coordinate with support teams to achieve agreed service level objectives
Drive adoption of automation and infrastructure as code practices across AWS and Azure by defining patterns reusable templates and review checklists that improve deployment quality
Align ISG functional solutions with organizational strategies for sustainability resilience and customer centricity to create positive impact on end users and society
Support continuous improvement initiatives by gathering feedback from users analyzing incident root causes and proposing enhancements for ISG solutions on AWS and Azure
Prepare and deliver training sessions playbooks and knowledge assets that help project and operations teams effectively use and support cloud based ISG capabilities
Validate that every cloud solution change adheres to security compliance and architectural review processes while maintaining focus on business value and operational stability
Coordinate with external partners and internal audit teams to provide evidence of controls configurations and processes implemented across AWS and Azure ISG solutions

Exhibit 11 to 15 years of progressive experience in functional or solution specialist roles with strong exposure to large scale enterprise cloud transformations
Demonstrate advanced hands on experience with core AWS services such as compute storage networking and security capabilities applied in complex enterprise contexts
Demonstrate advanced hands on experience with core Azure services such as virtual machines storage accounts networking components and security features used in regulated environments
Apply solid understanding of hybrid cloud patterns integration mechanisms and migration approaches that connect on premises systems with AWS and Azure services
Apply strong knowledge of cloud security fundamentals including identity management encryption options network segmentation and monitoring practices across AWS and Azure
Utilize experience in requirements analysis process mapping and functional documentation to translate stakeholder needs into actionable cloud solution designs
Apply working knowledge of DevOps and infrastructure as code concepts using tools that support repeatable provisioning and configuration of AWS and Azure resources
Utilize strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with distributed teams in a hybrid work model and to engage with technical and non technical stakeholders
Apply problem solving skills and analytical thinking to diagnose complex issues in cloud environments and propose practical resolutions that minimize business disruption
Certifications RequiredPreferred certifications include AWS Certified Solutions Architect and Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect or equivalent cloud certifications.
