Java Angular Lead

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript to lead a team of developers in building scalable and high-performing web applications. Key Responsibilities

Lead and guide a team of Java and Angular developers through all phases of the software development lifecycle. Collaborate with business teams, architects, and stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into technical solutions. Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and related technologies. Develop clean, reusable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality, security, and performance standards. Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions. Work closely with database teams to design and optimize SQL queries and database structures. Support application deployment, integration, and release management activities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application performance and maintainability. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and development guidelines. Mentor team members, provide technical direction, and support their professional development. Monitor project progress, allocate tasks effectively, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of development activities.
