Develop and maintain strong working relationships with global PMOs and other teams to support adherence to Project Management standards.

Assist in analyzing scorecards and project management data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.

Support the facilitation and organization of global meetings by preparing materials, taking minutes, and tracking action items.

Help prepare and provide evidence of compliance for internal reviews and audits.

Produce detailed documentation based on conclusions drawn from governance oversight activities.

Contribute to the identification of opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency.

Formally document new and existing processes to ensure alignment with enterprise expectations.

Learn and apply risk assessment principles in all business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Demand/Intake Governance: Data quality governance of elements impacting Investment Request during demand/intake process.

Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and clearly document desired project outcomes and success metrics.

Support Project Managers in the process of linking approved Investment Requests to formal Work Efforts (WEs), a critical step in moving projects to a "committed" and funded state.
