In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Work closely with internal and external customer to understand their requirements, extend best possible and on time services.
- Provide pre and post order technical support to all customers, business partners and distributers.
- Ensure on time completion of assigned tasks and submission of assigned project under guidance.
- Ensure DMS (Document Management System) data are updated regularly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to establish priorities and multitask.
- Demonstrate teamwork or ability to work in a team environment.
- Should be detailed and an assertive character. Must be able to manage complex situations under pressure.
