About the Role

SolarWinds is hiring an Instructional Designer to join the Revenue Enablement team. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Enablement and based in Bangalore, India, this individual contributor role is responsible for designing and developing engaging learning content that supports onboarding, product launches, sales plays, certifications, and ongoing field development.

You'll partner closely with Revenue Enablement, Product Marketing, Product Management, Solutions Engineering, and subject matter experts to transform complex information into practical, engaging learning experiences that help the field perform at their best.

What You'll Do

• Learning Design & Content Development

• Design and develop eLearning, instructor-led training, videos, certifications, job aids, and other digital learning experiences.

• Create engaging role plays, scenario-based learning, knowledge checks, and AI-driven simulations that improve learner confidence and retention.

• Design and maintain certification programs and learning paths for Sales, Renewals, and Solutions Engineering.Translate complex technical and business concepts into clear, practical, field-ready learning content.
