BNEW RCE Lab Operations provides best-in-class lab infrastructure, network, and hardware (HW) services to Ericsson’s R&D organizations. Our standard solutions help teams set up and use design and testing environments efficiently. Across our global labs, we manage around 50,000 square meters of lab space and track 400,000 hardware assets.
We are currently looking for an Asset Manager to join our global Hardware Management (HWM) team.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing hardware and consumable transfers between legal entities while following compliance, legal, financial, and internal process requirements. Working closely with the global Hardware Management team. Driving improvement initiatives enabling AI, process enhancements, and automation efforts to increase efficiency and simplify operations. Supporting and improving our ways of working as part of a team that drives continuous development and process improvement.
What you will do
Manage global hardware transfers, logistics, and import/export activities while ensuring compliance with customs, trade, and company requirements.
Maintain accurate asset records in EquipMan and SAP and support lifecycle management activities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure efficient hardware movement and compliance.
Drive process improvements and support automation and service enhancement initiatives.
Handle Jira requests, including hardware transfer-related activities.
Support site operations, audits, security, BCM, EHS/OHS, and compliance requirements.
Maintain process documentation and contribute to continuous service and team performance improvements.

You will bring
A University degree and past experience working within a service organization.
Excellent communication and English language skills in interacting with stakeholders in an international environment.
Experience in logistics, export/import, trade etc and knowledge of financial assets.
Knowledge of inventory management systems & tools and Microsoft Excel.
Service mindset, transformation drive, self-driven, thrive on accountability, overcoming challenges with a collaborative can-do attitude, motivated to fulfill the expectations of customers/stakeholders.
Curiosity, willingness to continuously learn and passion for improvement.
Natural leadership to drive and lead a global team if necessary.
Good understanding of financial flows, especially for HW procurement and life cycle management.
