Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Director, People to lead our HR Business Partner and Talent Development functions. This role will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, driving organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent strategy, leadership development, and AI-enabled people practices.
The ideal candidate thrives in high-growth environments, enjoys solving complex organizational challenges, and can operate effectively in ambiguity while influencing senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnership
Lead and develop the HR Business Partner team.
Partner with executives on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and succession planning.
Drive executive accountability around talent management and organizational health.
Facilitate quarterly talent review discussions with executive leadership.
Talent Review & Organizational Effectiveness
Own and scale Turing’s Talent Review framework.
Build disciplined approaches to performance management and talent planning.
Partner with leaders to identify high performers, succession plans, and organizational risks.
Develop scalable workforce planning processes.
