Amazon Fashion is one of the largest and fastest-growing businesses within Amazon India. Fashion is also one of the most dynamic and competitive categories in e-commerce, requiring continuous innovation across customer acquisition, traffic generation, engagement, and retention.
We are seeking an analytical, customer-obsessed, and highly entrepreneurial Marketing Manager to own one of the most critical functions within the category - Growth & Traffic for Amazon Fashion.
The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with exceptional execution capabilities, thrive in ambiguity, influence large cross-functional teams, and demonstrate a relentless bias for action. This role requires deep understanding of customer behavior, traffic channels, marketing experimentation, and performance measurement.
Own end-to-end topline traffic growth for Amazon Fashion, including customer visits (RCVs), glance views (GVs) and share of site growth.
Serve as the category advocate with central marketing teams.
Develop quarterly and annual growth plans, identifying key traffic opportunities, risks, and investment priorities.
Develop traffic strategy and own execution plans for High Velocity Events, including central sale events (ARTs) and category specific tier-1 events (eg- Wardrobe Refresh Sale).
Own category marketing investments across performance marketing, sale events, customer promotions, and emerging growth channels, continuously optimizing ROI and business outcomes.
Traffic Channel Optimization
Build deep expertise across all traffic-driving mechanisms, including internal and external traffic channels.
Identify and scale high-impact traffic drivers while continuously optimizing channel efficiency and effectiveness across paid channels like Associates, Paid Search, Paid Social, messaging channels etc.
Partner with channel owners to influence roadmap, improve customer experience, and unlock incremental traffic opportunities for Fashion.
Own traffic initiatives for priority customer segments including Prime, Premium, Gen-Z, and New-to-Amazon customers.
Identify, pilot and scale new traffic and customer acquisition opportunities, like AI-led discovery experiences, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), social commerce etc.

Build and execute a robust experimentation roadmap across traffic channels and marketing programs.
Conduct deep-dives to identify growth opportunities, diagnose business performance, and quantify impact of marketing initiatives.
Establish mechanisms, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track performance and influence business decisions.
Own retrospective analysis for experiments, BAU and event strategies to consolidate learnings across controllable marketing channels and turn them into repeatable playbooks to optimize for business outcomes.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with Product, Prime, XCM, Finance, Ads, and external agency teams to deliver growth initiatives.
Collaborate with brands to unlock incremental traffic through co-funded marketing investments.
Present recommendations, business reviews, and growth strategies to senior leadership.
Influence category, product and central marketing roadmaps to improve customer discovery, experience, conversion and long-term business growth.
A day in the life A typical day involves reviewing traffic and customer funnel performance, identifying growth opportunities, prioritizing experiments, and influencing cross-functional teams to improve business outcomes. You will work closely with channel owners, product teams, and business leaders to solve traffic problems, launch marketing programs, and build scalable mechanisms that drive long-term growth. The role requires balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and data-driven decision making.
### Basic qualifications
4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
### Preferred qualifications
Experience collaborating and influencing multiple teams across multiple organizations
Experience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL, Excel and other tools
Experience with marketing experimentation, traffic optimization, and/or customer lifecycle management
Experience owning traffic, growth, acquisition, or lifecycle marketing programs in e-commerce
Experience building customer segmentation and targeting frameworks
MBA or equivalent business experience
