- Set strategic direction for multiple major lines of business in alignment with business strategy and technology standards and provide thought leadership in the development of an enterprise strategic IT plan.

- Lead and direct the design, engineering, implementation, and support of application software solutions in support of enterprise objectives, including decisions on build versus buy, internal versus external resources, and cloud adoption strategies.
