Job Description Summary
The Graduate Engineer Trainee – Manufacturing will support manufacturing operations and engineering activities while developing practical, hands-on experience in a production environment. The role will work closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to support manufacturing processes, New Product Introduction (NPI), process improvements, fixtures and tooling, quality, productivity, and EHS initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing engineering activities for existing products and New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Work with experienced engineers and production teams to understand manufacturing processes, identify issues, and support practical solutions.
- Assist with manufacturing process documentation, part routings, work standards, and process changes.
- Support the development and improvement of fixtures, tooling, and manufacturing aids.
- Participate in process improvement activities focused on safety, quality, productivity, cycle time, lead time, and cost.
- Participate in Lean and continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations.
- Assist in analyzing production and quality issues and support implementation of corrective and improvement actions.
- Support engineering trials, process validation activities, data collection, and documentation as required.
- Work with Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, EHS, and other cross-functional teams on manufacturing activities.
- Support manufacturing engineering projects and track assigned actions to completion.
- Interact with suppliers and vendors, as required, with guidance from experienced team members.
- Follow EHS requirements and actively participate in initiatives to improve workplace safety.
