Job Description Summary
The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Quality will support quality assurance activities within the manufacturing environment, helping ensure products and processes meet established quality, regulatory, and business requirements. The role will provide hands-on exposure to quality systems, manufacturing processes, non-conformance investigations, documentation, and continuous improvement activities. The trainee will work closely with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams while developing practical knowledge of quality processes within the medical technology industry.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Support quality assurance activities for manufacturing and engineering processes in accordance with established procedures and quality requirements.
- Assist in monitoring process compliance and identifying opportunities to improve process effectiveness and efficiency.
- Support investigations of product and process non-conformances, including data collection, basic failure analysis, root cause investigation, and follow-up of corrective actions.
- Participate in corrective and preventive action (CAPA) and continuous improvement activities under the guidance of experienced Quality team members.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of quality and process documentation, including procedures, work instructions, flowcharts, forms, templates, checklists, and worksheets.
- Work with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to support product and process improvement activities.
- Analyse quality and manufacturing data to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support assigned quality projects and other activities based on business and departmental priorities.
- Build practical knowledge of GE HealthCare quality systems, manufacturing processes, and applicable quality and regulatory requirements.
