Key Responsibilities
Monitor the health and performance of the global inverter fleet using SCADA.
Analyze fleet-wide operational trends, alarms, and event logs to identify recurring issues and reliability concerns.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for inverter failures and support technical investigations with data-driven insights.
Develop and maintain automated dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Power BI, Python, and Excel.
Monitor key inverter parameters such as temperature, current, voltage, fan speed, DC/AC power, and environmental conditions to identify abnormal behavior.
Identify early warning indicators and support predictive maintenance initiatives using statistical and machine learning techniques.
Analyze service cases and validate corrective actions through pre- and post-service performance comparisons.
Collaborate with Service Engineering, Technical Support, Product Engineering to improve fleet reliability and product performance.
Automate data extraction, cleansing, and reporting processes to improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in inverter analytics, fleet monitoring, service engineering, or renewable energy analytics.
Strong understanding of power electronics, grid-tied inverters, and SCADA systems.
Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) for data analysis and automation.
Experience developing dashboards using Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in large dataset analysis.
Knowledge of SQL and data visualization techniques.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with utility-scale solar PV inverters or Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
Knowledge of predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and machine learning techniques.
Experience with cloud-based data platforms and historian databases.
Understanding of reliability engineering concepts such as MTBF, MTTR, and failure analysis.

Work Experience
