The Field Excellence Program Manager is responsible for translating APAC and global sales strategies into measurable field execution across India. The role focuses on driving program adoption, behavior change, and business impact by enabling sales and technical teams with clear execution plans, operating rhythms, and actionable insights.
This role acts as a bridge between the field, APAC leadership, and global stakeholders, ensuring programs are localized, practical, and effectively implemented. Success is measured by conversion of strategy → execution → adoption → revenue outcomes.
Experience
10+ years in Sales Program Management / Field Excellence / RevOps / Enablement / GTM roles
Strong exposure to enterprise B2B sales environments
Experience working with senior leaders in matrix organizations
Proven track record of managing end-to-end program lifecycle (planning → adoption → impact)
Core Skills & Capabilities
Strategic translation: Converts strategy into actionable execution
Program management rigor: Strong in planning, tracking, risk management
Change management: Drives adoption during transformation initiatives
Preferred Skills
Experience in enterprise technology (cloud, storage, SaaS, infrastructure)
Familiarity with Salesforce, pipeline analytics, dashboards
Exposure to MEDDICC, solution selling, partner-led growth
Experience supporting leadership events and execution cadences in APAC

Programs successfully land and scale in India with measurable adoption

Job Responsibilities
Establish and manage the Field Excellence organization to foster a high-performance sales culture.
Manage transformation projects to upgrade the sales organization through strong leadership and coaching abilities.
Implement and refine sales processes to ensure effectiveness across distributed teams via continuous measurement and feedback integration.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align on defined priorities, programs, roadmap, and execution of sales practices and strategies.
Engage with WW CCO on program initiatives. Work with APAC leaders on the following:
Understand program intention, target audience and RTM
Develop launch plan by Area/Country/Segment/District, based on program profile
Define program participants (including sales, marketing, channels, pre sales, sales operations, PS, finance, business desk, CSM etc.)
Define program KPI and milestone measurements
Define management systems data points (including but not limited to pipeline goals, booking goals)
Implement metrics to measure the impact of programs and the improvement of sales success.
Embed program output into existing management system and encourage ‘insights’ from stakeholders
Program improvement - outline how a program’s processes can be improved in the future
Provide opportunity for agile reaction if program succeed/fail to meet projections.
Provide constant feedback loop to global CCO on program acceptance, CSFs and results for constant improvement
Program scope will stay flexible based on workload but will include product initiatives, professional services, renewals, learning services.
Work with all functions to ensure that all Programs are coordinated and aligned with organizational objectives by providing a centralized coordination and support services.
