Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with decision-makers and management to comprehend the organization’s software architecture requirements.
- Designing and developing software architecture aligned with organizational specifications.
- Leading the development team and ensuring adherence to industry-standard best practices.
- Evaluating and enhancing the tools and frameworks utilized in software development.
- Managing multiple development projects and ensuring their prompt completion.
- Troubleshooting issues within the software systems effectively.
- Ability to proactively coordinate with team members, assist when needed, and take
- necessary steps to complete tasks on time.
- Capability to delve into details and explain the importance of each activity to team members.

- Keeping all stakeholders updated on task progress.
- Ensuring adherence to processes throughout the lifecycle.
- Ownership of responsibility for code quality, application security, functionality, and code performance.
- Designing, coding, and debugging products and features.
- Analyzing and resolving technical queries from the team.
- Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Business Development, and Operations.
- Working with frontend engineers to implement features.
- Designing appropriate solutions/architecture for products/features based on requirements, estimating efforts, and managing development.
- Managing and enhancing systems by innovating and implementing best practices.
Key Skills:
- Expert Java 8+ with deep JVM internals, GC, classloading, memory management, tuning
- Advanced concurrency: Executor/ForkJoin, locks, concurrent collections, Java memory model, non-blocking programming
- Spring Ecosystem (MVC, Boot, Cloud, Security, AI)
- Expertise in Spring Boot, MVC, Cloud, Security, Data JPA, Batch; REST/SOAP/GraphQL with API governance
- Secure APIs using OAuth2/OIDC/JWT/TLS/mTLS; OWASP, secrets management, secure coding
- Spring Cloud hands-on: Config/Gateway/Circuit Breaker/Discovery patterns
- Design and development of REST/SOAP/GraphQL APIs with best practices for API versioning and documentation (Swagger/ OpenAPI)
Purpose of Coding Evaluation
- Coding is mandatory, but is used primarily to validate design thinking, architectural reasoning, and correctness, rather than pure DSA skills
- Evaluation focuses on design trade‑offs, extensibility, reliability, and correctness, over algorithmic optimization alone
- Problems typically involve refactoring, abstraction, concurrency, distributed system concepts, or observability‑aware design
- Note for Coding Exercises:
Before implementing any solution, the candidate is expected to clearly explain design choices and architectural trade‑offs, such as:
- Simplicity vs extensibility
- Consistency vs availability
- Performance vs maintainability
- Microservices, Distributed Systems & Messaging (Kafka / RabbitMQ / MQ)
- Define solution blueprints/reference architectures; microservices patterns; event-driven design; service mesh concepts
- Distributed transaction thinking: ACID/CAP/eventual consistency; saga patterns; reliability strategies
- Kafka/RabbitMQ depth: streaming, partitioning, reliability patterns
- Architecture & Design Patterns (incl. scalability & observability)
- SOLID, DDD, hexagonal architecture; architecture trade-offs and decisions
Mandatory Skills: Fullstack Java Enterprise .
