External Job Description

OPC Coordinator

• Handle daily sample testing including chemical, physical, and quantitative analysis.

• Operate and maintain analytical instruments such as GC, HPLC, IR, etc.

• Ensure proper understanding and usage of chemicals, reagents, and laboratory glassware.

• Maintain strong knowledge of chemistry principles and testing methodologies.

• Work collaboratively with team members as well as handle independent responsibilities effectively.

• Record and update daily testing and production-related data accurately in SAP.

• Prepare daily reports for Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM), and batch analysis.

• Ensure adherence to ISO procedures by maintaining and updating all required records, files, and registers.

• Conduct regular shopfloor and process area rounds to ensure compliance with laid-down systems and procedures.

• Coordinate with Production and Store departments for batch approvals, status updates, and issue resolution.

• Participate in departmental initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.

• Ensure strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental protocols.
