Key Responsibilities –

• Responsible for coordinate with patients.

• Responsible for taking confirmation from patients for visit to the hospitals. In case of any cancellation of doctor’s appointment, you should inform to concern person as well as concern doctor.

• Ensure that all initial procedure should be done before meeting the doctor.

• Responsible for the coordinate with doctors and patients for their further process like admission, any investigation etc.

• Coordinate with patients and estimation cell for the any surgery estimation.

• Responsible for taking all TPA approvals before any surgery.

• Responsible for booking OT.

• Responsible for follow up with the patients for next visit.

• All other work assigned by management / HOD time to time.
