Citi's Equity Research team is looking for an Equity Research Associate to support our analyst covering the Biotech sector, contributing to high-quality investment insights that inform equity investors on a global scale. Based within a team known for its independence, objectivity, and depth of analysis, you will play a meaningful role in shaping research output, client engagement, and analytical excellence across one of the most dynamic sectors in global markets. Responsibilities
Support the production of equity research publications including earnings previews and recaps, initiation reports, and in-depth thematic notes across the Biotech sector.
Build, maintain, and enhance financial models for covered Biotech companies, including the development of new models and upkeep of relative value frameworks.
Advise and respond to client inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders, delivering timely, accurate, and well-reasoned analysis.
Coordinate investor events including management meetings, field trips, and industry consultant calls, ensuring seamless execution and strong client experience.
Partner with the lead analyst to develop research ideas and translate complex financial data into clear, actionable investment insights.
Apply sound judgment when assessing the reputational and regulatory implications of business decisions, upholding Citi's standards of compliance and ethical conduct.
Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a high-performance research culture built on knowledge sharing and analytical rigor.
Required Qualifications & Skills
5–8 years of experience in equity research or a closely related investment analysis role.

$150,000.00 - $175,000.00
