Key Responsibilities
Technical management of the offshore team, quality assurance, and interface management with client
Plan and prioritize offshore workload by service line.
Quality review of deliverables before handover to Germany.
Onboard new employees and train them in templates, SOPs, and project standards.
Build KPI dashboard, lessons learned, and continuous process improvement.
Escalate resource, quality, or interface issues to DE leads.
Requirements / Competencies
8+ years of experience in procurement, contract administration, QS/cost management, or comparable back-office structures.
Experience in international teams, offshore/nearshore models, and process set-up.
Confident communication in English; German skills very helpful.
Leadership, coaching, and quality assurance competence.
