Entry Level NVM Reliability Lab Engineer

Role Summary:
- The NVM Reliability team is responsible for characterizing, modeling, and enabling next-generation Non-Volatile Memory technologies, enabling new product creation company-wide.
Job Responsibility:
- Manage execution of NVM reliability characterization experiments, working closely with experienced engineers and technicians.
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase laboratory efficiency, equipment utilization, and execution quality.
- Maintain lab equipment (read schematics, trouble-shoot, coordinate with vendors and trades).
- Develop software and systems for monitoring, automation, and data processing (database, web server, Linux/Windows)
- Assist in developing/debugging evaluation software (embedded C/C++).
- Debug hardware (Oscilloscope, logic analyzer, debugger, etc.). PCB schematics and components.
- Perform statistical analysis of reliability characterization data.
- Communicate study conclusions and recommendations to internal and external teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and engineering standards.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Physics, or equivalent, within the past 2 years.
