Role Overview

We are seeking an HR Applications Administrator to join our Business Technology / Enterprise Applications team, responsible for administering, configuring, and supporting the applications behind Five9’s HR, Payroll, and Talent programs, primarily UKG (formerly UltiPro), with additional support for Deel, Greenhouse, and various other HR applications. This role partners closely with Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Business Technology, InfoSec, and external vendors to keep our HR systems secure, reliable, and effective.

The ideal candidate has hands-on UKG administration experience, along with a UKG Pro certification, strongly preferred. Candidates with substantial Workday administration experience and a Workday certification may also be a strong fit. This person communicates clearly, partners well across HR, Payroll, Finance, Business Technology, InfoSec, and vendor teams, and manages day-to-day administration independently.

The position is a hybrid role combining in-office and work-from-home days, based in Chennai or Bengaluru, India, and requires regular overlap with United States business hours, including work until approximately 11:30 PM India Standard Time when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Five9’s HR applications on a day-to-day basis, with primary focus on UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro), including system settings, business rules, and module configuration.

• Maintain system security roles, permissions, and access controls across HR applications to ensure appropriate data protection and compliance with company policy.
