Dynamics CRM Technical Architect

The Technical Architect (CRM / D365 CE OOTB, Configuration, Cust) will be responsible for overseeing and designing solutions related to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE). The role will focus on outofthebox (OOTB) configurations and customizations to meet business requirements. Ability to implement Synapse pipelines for data integration ETL/ELT using Synapse studio.

• Experience integrating Synapse notebooks and Data Flow.
• Need to have experience in Azure Synapse analytics projects.
• Develop and migrate to Azure leveraging Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Pools, Apache Spark, Synapse, Azure Data Factory/Synapse pipelines Azure Storage Explorer.
• Expert in writing T-SQL Synapse SQL Queries.
• Sound skills and hands on experience width Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Data Warehousing , Azure Blob, ADLS Gen2, Databricks/scala/pyspark
• Experience working in DevOps environments integrated with GIT for version control and CI/CD pipeline.
• Carry out monitoring, tuning ,Query performance optimizations and database performance analysis.
• Azure Synapse Experts who knows differences at data type level from serverless SQL to Azure SQL Dedicated Pool.
• Proficient in creating Data Factory pipelines using ADF , copy activity, custom Azure development etc.
• Excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and implement crm solutions using microsoft dynamics 365 ce
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
3. Customize crm applications by configuration, customization, and integration with other systems
4. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
5. Ensure crm solutions align with best practices, security standards, and scalability requirements
