DOMAIN EXPERT - MASTER FORMULATION - ADMIXTURES

Major Challenges:

• Development of SNF & PCE based concrete admixture as per customer requirement within specified cost budget.

• Cost optimization of existing admixture products & Introduction of alternate RM if required

• Optimized product development after thorough understanding of concrete design mix.

• Addressing site complaint related to admixture performance if required need to travel

• Checking the formulation stability for new formulation.

Deliverables:

• Coordinating with CTs for design related activities and work in close with Marketing team for the introduction of alternate raw materials and testing

• Interpretation of Performance data of laboratory trails

• In-house review and verification of product development & customer end validation process of design & development to be followed.

• To work in conjunction with QC chemist for RM testing at OPC

• Competition bench marking - quarterly.

• Ensuring Zero deviation in established product vs customer supplies.

• MTC preparation based on FG result.
