Document controller will be responsible for distribution, logging and reporting of project execution documentation on a project basis. This position will support project teams to issue and obtain project documentation in a timely and controlled manner, increasing on timely delivery of documentation and equipment.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Responsibilities of document controller duties
Prepare EDDI/VDRL with PM support
Attend internal meetings (KOM) and Clarify the questions regarding the documentation Scope
Weekly tracking of documentation Status and update the same to PM
Regular customer / factory follow up’s for pending documents
Review commented documents and prepare CRS if applicable
Quick turnaround for document submission to customer
Upload documents in business system and customer portal system
Maintain the incoming and outgoing documents/transmittals in MEA Share-point site.
Update documentation report on daily basis.

Bachelor’s degree in science and closely related discipline
Fluent in English languages - Written and Spoken
1–3 year experience in document management job.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Knowledge of generic documents & types of documents/Certificates from factory
Understand any customer portal, buy referring their manual
Doc Pro tool Knowledge –Upload/Transmittals/Status updates
Ability to pick priority emails – Customer & Internal
Effective communication skills.
Demonstrated attention to detail and regard for quality.
Skill using Microsoft Office applications is required
