We are looking for three Director, HR Business Partners, each aligned to a distinct area of the business:
- Product Strategy - aligned to Product leaders in the Customer Experience Orchestration (CXO) business (San Jose)
- Enterprise Engineering – aligned to Engineering & Program Management in the CXO business (San Jose)
- Chief Business Office – aligned to Product Marketing, Community, and GTM leaders in the Creativity & Productivity (C&P) business (San Francisco preferred)
As Director, HR Business Partner you will drive the people strategy in alignment with the organization's strategic priorities, enabling organizational efficiency, leadership capability, and talent outcomes that accelerate business performance. You will partner closely with senior leadership to create and implement initiatives across talent planning, organizational design, leadership development, and culture. You will lead work through direct and indirect reports worldwide to achieve results.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted business partner and mentor to senior executives within the organization.
- Lead talent and succession strategies to ensure leadership efficiency.
- Address root causes of human resources issues with a methodical approach.
- Lead Employee Experience for the teams you support - you are the "Chief People Officer" for your business.
- Advise on organizational structure and workforce planning, driving organizational efficiency and fostering an inclusive culture.
- Embed scalable people processes improving performance, engagement, and growth.
- Speak "business" more than "HR" lingo.
What You Need to Succeed
- 10+ years of HR Business Partnering or relevant leadership experience.
- Proven experience in organizational development and leading through change.
- Proven experience practicing HR or equivalent experience in an Enterprise SaaS company is a plus.
- Strong business insight, connecting people strategies to organizational and company priorities.

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $161,900 -- $305,950 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $211,300 - $305,950
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
