We are seeking a highly skilled Device Modeling Engineer to support and contribute to advanced semiconductor device modeling activities at Tata Electronics. The role involves device characterization, model extraction, model quality assurance, data analysis, and support for innovative modeling methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in semiconductor device physics, compact model development, and characterization techniques, along with excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
Support and contribute to ongoing device modeling activities within Tata Electronics.
Perform and support device-level characterization activities, including:
DC Characterization
CV (Capacitance-Voltage) Measurements
Noise Characterization
RF Measurements
PIV Characterization
Conduct data quality validation and perform systematic analysis of measured data.
Execute device model extraction and perform model QA checks prior to model release.
Contribute to methodological improvements and innovative initiatives within the device modeling team.
Provide technical support and address customer queries related to device models.
