Job Description :
Design and develop electromechanical systems for semiconductor fabrication and packaging equipment. Integrate mechanical and electrical components for high-precision automation systems. Perform analysis and simulations for thermal, vibration, and electrical performance. Develop detailed engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and BOMs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, software, and process engineers). Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and validation of prototypes and production systems. Ensure compliance with SEMI standards, cleanroom requirements Support manufacturing and field service teams with technical expertise. Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, and cost targets. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance Manage project timelines and quality parameters
