Job Summary -
In Corporate Affairs is responsible for managing the organization’s corporate reputation, stakeholder engagement, policy advocacy, and external communications. The role supports business objectives by ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks, public policy developments, and industry best practices within the pharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities -
Corporate Communications
Develop and implement corporate communication strategies aligned with company values and business priorities.
Manage internal and external communications, including press releases, corporate statements, and leadership messaging.
Coordinate with media agencies and handle media inquiries to ensure accurate and compliant communication.
Government & Policy Affairs
Monitor healthcare policies, pharmaceutical regulations, and government initiatives impacting the business.
Support engagement with government bodies, regulatory authorities, and industry associations.
Prepare policy briefs, position papers, and advocacy materials in alignment with corporate strategy.
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders including policymakers, industry bodies, NGOs, and trade associations.
Represent the organization in industry forums, conferences, and external meetings.
Reputation & Issues Management
Identify potential reputational risks and support crisis communication planning.
Ensure proactive management of sensitive issues related to compliance, ethics, and public perception.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure all communications adhere to regulatory requirements, industry codes, and internal compliance standards.
Support ESG, sustainability, and CSR initiatives, including reporting and stakeholder communication.
