JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
"Purification of recombinant vaccine candidates.
- pH and conductivity meter calibration and operation
- Stock buffers and working buffer preparation
- Column packing for purification of vaccine projects
- Column cleaning CIP, storage and maintenance
- Protein concentration using TFF and hollow fibers
- Sterile filtration of DS and proper storage
- Data recording and documentation of the daily work
- Ensuring indenting and stock maintenance of materials used in purification e.g. resin, columns and
chemicals used in buffer preparation as well as in process
- Ensuring good laboratory practices in DSP"
