Principal Accountability:

Corporate MIS

To Follow up and Compilation of Expenses for all division and preparation of bud v/s act statement
Compilation of Expenses/Payroll from HRMS/SAP
To calculate Operating profit or Loss for a month.
To provide information to concerned Finance Controllers related to Division Profitability
To provide the information related to Expiry, write off, contingencies, sample conversion, credit notes for decision-making

Budget

To assist financial controller in respect of past trend of expenses and various information.
To follow up and Compilation of Expenses for all division and preparation of bud v/s act statement.
To collect & Compile the sales, sample & scheme budget month wise Division wise.
To prepare Profit / Loss Variance Analysis for SBU and for the company.
To prepare budgeted Trend Analysis for sales & profit including quarter wise detail.
To provide comparative expenses trend maintaining the data for last three years as trend for making corporate budget
To provide information to concerned Finance Controllers related to Division Profitability...

Daily Reports

To follow up and compilations of Daily reports of SBU including group companies with Finance control
Compilation of Sales, Collation, Production value etc. in daily MIS
Prepare Purchase saving weekly MIS.
