Deputy Director - Category Management

As a Deputy Director - Category Management with 7.0-10.0 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the strategic direction and operations of the category management function within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing category strategies, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing procurement processes to drive efficiency and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of category strategies in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations, contract management, and performance evaluations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing, supplier consolidation, and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in category management, procurement, or strategic sourcing.

• Strong financial acumen and proficiency in data analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
