The selected person should be willing to perform such projects / tasks which provides them an overview of the work in the Treasury services area for retail business. Identified individuals should understand the client business, technology, process details and procedures. Typically, a resource would work closely with the business unit of the customer organization and provide them with financial accounting support (bank postings, reconciliations) and Treasury reporting support in a timely and accurate manner. The selected individual will also be responsible for managing the delivery team. Treasury involves managing an organization s financial assets and liabilities to ensure optimal liquidity and financial stability. This includes overseeing cash flow, investment strategies, and risk management. The goal is to maintain sufficient funds for operations and maximize returns on investments. Responsibilities include forecasting financial needs, managing banking relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role is crucial for the financial health and strategic planning of the organization. The management of an enterprise s holdings, with the ultimate goal of managing the firm s liquidity and mitigating its operational, financial and reputational risk. What are we looking for? Qualifications: B.Com/ CA/ CS/ ICWA Commerce Graduate/Chartered Accountant/ ICWA/ CS/ MBA with 5 - 7 years of experience preferably in Treasury/ FS of which 1-2 of supervisory experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, be well organized, detail oriented, and able to perform in a fast-paced changing environment.
The position is multi-task and multi-system oriented, and the candidate must be flexible and be adaptable in an ever-changing environment.
Good understanding and experience of executing / leading process transformation actions.
