The FP&A Senior Manager is responsible for leading the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance. This role partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights, develop robust financial models, and ensure alignment between financial objectives and business goals. The position requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical expertise, and leadership skills to manage a high-performing FP&A team and deliver accurate, timely, and meaningful financial information.
. What are we looking for? •Knowledge, Experience & Skills
- MBA in Finance or CA preferred, with a professional accountancy qualification.
- 8–12 years of finance experience, including 3–5 years in FP&A leadership roles.
- Strong technical expertise in Advanced Excel, FP&A tools (Hyperion, Anaplan), BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), and SAP/BPC systems.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills; able to work across all levels and functions.
- Experience in global FMCG or similar dynamic environments is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to rapidly changing conditions.
- Knowledge of budgeting processes, risk identification, and control implementation.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of rational decision-making and problem-solving.
- Fluency in English and strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
