Produce technical documentation and implementation artifacts.

Partner with business and technology teams to understand reporting and data-related challenges.
Translate functional requirements into effective technical solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and development activities.
Support production implementations and resolve technical issues as needed.
Continuously explore new technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Technical Skills
3-7 years of experience in software development, data engineering, reporting platforms, or related technical roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Python development.
Strong SQL skills with experience in Oracle or related Database and query optimization.
Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration solutions.
Experience working with structured and unstructured data.
Familiarity with Git, version control, and CI/CD practices.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.
AI & GenAI Skills
Working knowledge of Generative AI concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-assisted development tools.
Experience or exposure to tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, Azure AI Services, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG concepts, vector databases, or semantic search is preferred.
Interest in building AI solutions that improve operational efficiency and developer productivity.
Data & Reporting Skills
Experience developing enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and reporting frameworks.
Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, or business intelligence platforms is preferred.
Ability to analyze large datasets and develop scalable solutions.
