About the role:
Join our Cross‑Sell Analytics team to drive data‑backed strategies that unlock customer value, and support business growth. You will work across portfolio diagnostics, cross‑sell strategy, and risk insights to help shape smarter credit and customer engagement decisions.
Job Description:
Monitor portfolio health through deep‑dive analytics, dashboards, and early‑warning insights
Identify high‑value customer segments for cross‑sell using behavioural data and predictive analytics
Analyse campaign performance across channels and recommend actions to improve conversion & ROI
Partner with marketing to analyse channel performance, campaign effectiveness, and audience targeting.
Build data‑driven customer journeys for hyper‑personalized communication across digital channels
Conduct root‑cause analysis of portfolio trends, acquisition quality, and campaign outcomes

Collaborating with Credit, Risk, Business, Marketing, and Product teams to build data‑led strategies
Drive process improvements across data, reporting, and analytics workflows
Build actionable insights to improve collection efficiency, pre-delinquency management and reduce overdue buckets.
Conduct deep‑dive analysis on customer payment behaviour, delinquency patterns, and slippage root causes.
Develop segmentation strategies for early-, mid-, and late‑stage collections.
Qualification & experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or any quantitative discipline.2–4 years of relevant experience in risk analytics, preferably in BFSI.
Essential skills
Strong command of Excel, SQL, Python/R, and statistical modelling.
Prior exposure to XSell Analytics.
Strong Business Acumen with out of the box thinking
Strong Strategic and Tactical communications Skills
Ability to work independently
Work Experience 2-4 years
