Summary:

• Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align objectives and resolve challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based contact center solutions and their integration with enterprise systems.
• Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation to optimize application performance.
• Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
