Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
• Experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently within ServiceNow environments.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and integration techniques relevant to ServiceNow platform.
