Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align software capabilities with business objectives is a key aspect, alongside continuous improvement of existing systems to meet evolving requirements and performance standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices and innovative approaches to software development within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of software deliverables with business goals.
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability of smart contracts and blockchain applications.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and external partners in multi-organization blockchain networks.
• Lead or mentor development teams, enforcing coding standards, testing, and best practices.
• Support POCs, innovation initiatives, and exploration of Layer 2 scaling solutions.

Participate in design reviews, audits, and governance processes related to blockchain systems.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Hyperledger Besu.
